ACCEPTANCE TESTING

The form below shall serve as an authorization* to proceed for T-24 Acceptance Testing Services on an hourly basis at the rate of $125.00 per hour plus a flat rate $200.00 State of California Audit Fee. This hourly rate will be charged for both "On Site" inspection time as well as "Administration" time spent preparing documents for submittal to the State of California. Upon completion of paperwork, it will be submitted to the state and a copy will also be email to you along with an itemized report of our hours spent on the project.
